1. Shipping Overview

At NadPlus Nutrition, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and related information.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above β‚Ή999 within India. For orders below β‚Ή999, a nominal shipping fee of β‚Ή49 applies.

2. Delivery Zones & Timelines

Standard Delivery (3-7 Business Days)

Most locations in India are covered under our standard delivery network:

  • Metropolitan cities: 3-4 business days
  • Major cities and towns: 4-5 business days
  • Rural and remote areas: 5-7 business days

Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

Express delivery is available for select locations at an additional charge of β‚Ή99. This service is available for:

  • Delhi NCR
  • Mumbai
  • Bangalore
  • Chennai
  • Kolkata
  • Hyderabad
  • Pune
  • Ahmedabad
Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Processing time includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality check of products
  • Packaging
  • Handover to shipping partner

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely. Our shipping partners include:

  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • Ecom Express
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for remote areas)

The shipping partner is selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery route available.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Email notification with tracking details
  • SMS with tracking number (if phone number provided)
  • WhatsApp notification (if opted in)

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or directly on the shipping partner's website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations in India. Important COD information:

  • COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch
  • Maximum COD order value: β‚Ή10,000
  • COD is not available for express delivery
  • Additional COD fee may apply in some locations
COD Verification: We may call you to confirm your order before shipping. Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve international customers in the future.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to deliver to certain locations due to:

  • Remote areas with limited courier access
  • Areas with security restrictions
  • Locations with temporary delivery suspensions
  • PO Box addresses (we require street addresses)

If your location falls under shipping restrictions, we will notify you and process a full refund if necessary.

9. Multiple Shipments

For orders with multiple products:

  • If all products are available, they will be shipped together
  • If some products are out of stock, available items will be shipped first
  • Backordered items will be shipped when available (additional shipping may apply)
  • You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments

10. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout, such as:

  • Leave at reception/security
  • Call before delivery
  • Neighbor's address for delivery

Please note that while we try to accommodate delivery instructions, they are not guaranteed. The courier's discretion applies in certain situations.

11. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • Refund will be processed minus shipping and return costs
  • For COD orders, no refund will be processed until the package is returned
  • Reshipment will require additional shipping charges

12. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged packages)
  • Report lost shipments after the estimated delivery date has passed
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and products

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. For damaged packages, do not use the product and keep all packaging for inspection.

13. Shipping During Festive Seasons

During peak festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.), delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes. We recommend placing orders well in advance for festive requirements.

Festive Season Notice: During peak periods, express delivery may not be available in all locations. We will notify you of any delays in shipping.
